Hours:
- Monday-Friday 9a-5:30p
- No weekends
Compensation for Receptionist: $14.00/hr
Duties include:
- Greet clients and customers
- Answer phones in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
- Prepare bills and take payments
- Enter customer data and send correspondence, Data entry
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
- Customer service skills
Required experience:
Computer Skills & Microsoft Programs
