Receptionist

Busy law firm seeks to fill a full-time position. Candidates must be organized, have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations, strong verbal skills both over the phone and in-person.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Answering Phones and directing calls

· Light housekeeping in reception and conference areas

Candidate Requirements:

· Bilingual (Spanish)

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Knowledge of MS Office applications

· Knowledge of Outlook 365
