Seeking a part-time position of 15-20 hours a week for a boutique Physical Therapy and Pilates studio in the heart of Platt Park in Denver, CO.
We are a busy studio needing help two days a week, Wednesday and Fridays. This position will be shared with another person working the remainder of the week.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform administrative tasks such filling, scanning, data entry.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Experience:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and electronic medical records systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with phone systems and experience as a personal assistant is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
