Front Desk Receptionist

If you have great experience working in an administrative environment and providing customer service both in person and over the phone this Front Desk Receptionist role may be the job for you!

Front DeskReceptionistJob duties:

• Processing invoices
• Answering Phones
• Running credit card sales
• Accounts receivable

You’ll be successful in this position if you’re eager to learn, can effectively multi-task and pride yourself on being reliable.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

 Front DeskReceptionist Requirements:

• At least 12 months of experience in a fast pace office setting
• Excellent customer service experience
• Moderate computer skills including MS Excel
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Experience in AP is a bonus

Pay: $21.00 per hour
