Receptionist

Job Description

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk of the Tribal Administrative Office. This person is responsible for answering phones and greeting all visitors coming into the office, as well as assisting with administrative tasks as requested by other office leads. Every employee of the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel Tribe is expected to present themselves in a professional manner to customers as well as other departments. They will display respect and understanding of Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel traditions and values. Remembering that the Tribe strives to provide a provide a positive team environment where everyone contributes.

Requirements:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required;
·Valid driver’s license required.
·Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
·Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and push or pull 50 pounds on occasion.
·Ability to work independently with limited supervision required.
·Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

• Enrollment Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
