Receptionist

Receptionist Position.
Excellent full time career opportunity in fast paced Chiropractic office. Located in Windsor, CT.
Position includes wonderful working environment, great hours, split shifts, 38-40 hours per week. Occasional weekends required for marketing events or travel to trainings and seminars.
Must be able to work the following hours:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8am-12pm, 2pm-6:30pm
Tuesday/Thursday 1pm-6:30pm

Duties include: front desk reception, processing patients and insurance, assisting the doctor in all areas needed, keeping office organized and professional, light cleaning.
Assets required: high energy, outgoing personality, organizational skills, strong computer skills, excellent memory, great work ethic, punctuality and flexibility a must. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Excellent communication skills. Must be trainable and willing to do homework to learn scripts and office procedures. Focused and disciplined, job first priority (no personal facebook, internet, texting or call time.) Comfortable collecting fees and money. We love children, however if you have children must have dependable backup childcare. Office attendance is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
