Customer-oriented, and team friendly Worker's Compensation, and Social Security disability law firm seeks a receptionist for its Central Phoenix location. Ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish) and must have at least 1 year customer service experience. The candidate must be a self-starter and team player. *ability to type 40 WPM;
*ability to periodically open and close the office, as needed;

*extensive telephonic communications with clients, prospective clients, health care providers, court staff, law offices, and others;
*ability to effectively receive and screen in office visitors and telephone calls;

* ability to speak and write Spanish well
*ability to answer up to 10 lines at a time competently, efficiently, and with a great attitude
