If you are a team player and love customer service, we want you to be a part of our team! We are seeking a full-time, on-site, Receptionist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional setting for our Portland office.

The Requirements:
This role facilitates the firm’s business by being the face of the firm and providing a high level of service to both internal and external clients, coordinating conference room schedules, and placing catering orders. May also assist with other administrative tasks as time allows. This position requires working on-site at the firm’s physical office location five days per week (Monday through Friday).
High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to sit and/or stand stationary for 6-7 hours per day. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook necessary.
To be successful, a candidate must work extremely well in a Team Environment, be dependable and possess strong customer service, collaboration, time management, communication, attention to detail, organizational, and critical thinking skills. All applicants should have an ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible, and provide a friendly, calm, and confident voice for the office.

The Location:
This position will work out of our new offices located in a neighborhood with a vibrant, energetic streetscape. Located in the 11W building (1140 SW Washington Street) in downtown Portland, our offices reside in a recently completed 25-story mixed-use tower with curated ground-floor retail and underground parking. The property is a member of the West End Security District, which provides the neighborhood with highly effective private security and cleaning services.
