FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities:
• The Receptionist is expected to perform a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
Administrative and office support activities
• Data entry (QuickBooks), Filing, Knowledge of math (addition, multiplications, divisions, conversions)
•Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
•Maintaining safe and clean reception area .
•Filing, faxing, and scanning. Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations
Skills and Qualifications:
•Excellent customer service skills and phone skills included but not limited to: verbal communication, listening, professionalism, customer focus;
•Team player, Extreme attention to detail.
•Professional in appearance as well as behavior and overall conduct.
•Ability to Multi-task; strong Administrative and office clerical skills.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
