Job Description

- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly manner while obtaining general information.
- Provide general administrative support, including, but not limited to: Filing, scanning, data collection and entry, processing jobs, and ordering specific supplies/goods.
- Answer calls and basic questions. Direct calls and messages to appropriate staff. Assist with follow-up calls.
- Assist with scheduling and logging of of showroom, consultations, and installation appointments.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and staff to understand and meet the needs/preferences for an array of projects.
- Manage multiple tasks while working as a team or on your own in a productive and efficient manner.
