Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Type: Part-time (Potential to become Full-time)

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday
• 5 hours/day
• Monday Tuesday and Thursday - 8 am - 1 pm
• Wednesday - 11 pm - 5 pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet practice members, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Answer phones promptly and assist callers with inquiries.
• Manage schedules and appointments, and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day.
• Accept payments accurately.
• Conduct financial conversations with patients.
• Check in and check-out patients promptly, maintaining a smooth process.
• Assist the doctor when needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in front office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
