```Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a friendly demeanor. ```Duties``` - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings - Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents - Provide general support to staff members as needed ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in project coordination or event planning is desirable - Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently If you are a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support, we would love to hear from you.
