```Duties``` We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes - Collect and update patient information in medical records system - Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a patient-focused approach - Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Knowledge of medical records management and confidentiality protocols - Familiarity with emergency room procedures (ER) is a plus - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally - Experience working in an office or administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental setting - Knowledge of medical administrative support tasks is highly desirable If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.21 - $13.86 per hour
