We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. - Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide information about salon services, products, and pricing
- Assist stylists and technicians with client check-ins and check-outs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage inventory of retail products and assist with product demos
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of salon services, products, and terminology is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
