Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
- Assist with project coordination as needed. - Capable of being multi-tasked is a great asset. - Social media marketing is also required.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Experience as a receptionist is a must.

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Receptionist will be required to work on-site.
