Greeting customers and answering their inquiries. Answer 5 line phone set, maintain data entry for vehicle inventory and a few other misc. duties.
Qualifications:
- Positive and Motivated individual who is coachable and willing to learn.
- Some telephone experience along with some office experience preferred.
- Previous receptionist experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
- Strong multi-tasking abilities a must
- Must have working knowledge of PCs, word processing, and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience a must)
- Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, changing environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, DVM screen, and drug screen
Physical Demand:
