Full time Receptionist for HOA company located in Southeast Vegas. Proficient in Microsoft office and outlook. VMS a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills. Handle multiple phone lines. Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills. Multi task. Positive attitude. Bilingual a plus. Receptionist experience of 3 years. Type 45 - 50 wpm. Salary based on experience.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, inventory of toners and supply cabinet
- Assist with issuing parking passes, pool keys and receiving PM leases
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience with office management tasks and procedures
- Knowledge of homeowner association management
- Proficiency in using software such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach
