Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any visitor questions
Maintain receptions area and all common areas in a clan and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including copy machine and computer
Assist the Controller with basic office duties as needed
Qualification for Receptionist
High school diploma or general education degree
Experience in an office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong Phone skills
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing task without guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
