Program Coordinator(QIDP)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator for our client, an organization that helps those with developmental disabilities. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various programs and services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

This is a full-time direct hire position. Normally Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (must be flexible) occasionally covering some weekends. Salary $55k-$60k depending on experience.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and activities
- Coordinate and supervise program staff, providing guidance and support
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program services
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for program participants
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and preparing reports

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in program development and management
- Two (2) years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
- QIDP status
- Knowledge of HCBS Waiver and IRA/ICF regulations
- Must be able to provide weekend coverage as scheduled and work flexible hours as needed
- Strong relationship management skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
