Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a top global firm with an opening for a Trust and Estate Coordinator. This is a hybrid job based in their New York location. Trust and Estate Coordinator responsibilities to include drafting correspondence and communicating with taxing authorities, assist in preparation and filing of tax returns, reviewing bank and other financial statement, preparing estate planning letters, preparing binders of estate planning documents, sending real estate documents to be recorded, obtaining Employer Identification Numbers and PTIN assignments, assembling information accounting and maintaining client files.
Applicants must have a Bachelors or Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate, strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, strong computer technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF creation tool(s) and document management software and the ability to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
Salary is $60K-$65K, commensurate with experience.
