Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, as well as providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as needed
Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the office
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all situations
