Receptionist

Our client in Mckees Rocks is seeking a Receptionist to Join the team
Duties:
- Answering a multi-line phone
- Transferring, fielding, and screening incoming calls
- AP check/Invoice/Mill Certification filing
- Inbound/Outbound USPS mail
- Answering the doorbell; monitoring and verifying all visitors when allowing access to the building.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent organizational skill
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to Multi Task
