We are looking for a versatile legal assistant/receptionist to run our reception department. In this role, you will need to welcome visitors, answer calls, and assist with intake. As a legal assistant/receptionist, your duties include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and managing deliveries. You will also be required to assist with tracking marketing sources and data entry into our case management system along with handling some administrative tasks.
