Overview:

We are seeking a professional and personable receptionist to join our dynamic team at the showroom. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, manage phone calls, and provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom reception area.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the showroom calendar.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth showroom operations.
• Monitor inventory of showroom materials and supplies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
