Receptionist 2904
- Greets visitors and maintains visitor logs. Completes security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes.
- Performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, and receiving and sending mail and packages.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Provide backup for clerical projects or route phone calls.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional work experience as a receptionist
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism and courtesy. Excellent time-management skills. Works well with others and can multitask.
