• Greets visitors and maintains visitor logs. Completes security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes.
• Performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, and receiving and sending mail and packages.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Provide backup for clerical projects or route phone calls.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional work experience as a receptionist
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism and courtesy. Excellent time-management skills. Works well with others and can multitask.
