Job Description:
Calling all warm, welcoming, and organized individuals, are you ready to be the Director of First Impressions? We're on the hunt for someone extraordinary to join our team as a Receptionist. As a Receptionist at California Skin Care & Day Spa, you'll be the smile that welcomes clients, the voice that soothes their concerns, and the guardian of our spa's smooth operation. You're not just a Receptionist; you're a maestro of client satisfaction!
Responsibilities:
- *Be the friendly face that greets clients, offers refreshments, and ensures they feel like VIPs from the moment they step through our doors. *Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries with grace and professionalism. *Assist clients with scheduling appointments and provide information about our services. *Keep our reception area and waiting lounge inviting and well-organized. *Collaborate with our team to ensure clients' needs are met promptly and efficiently. *Handle client concerns and inquiries with empathy and problem-solving finesse. *Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding client information. *Keep an eye on office supplies and assist with inventory management.
Requirements:
