Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Perform data entry tasks, such as inputting customer information into the system
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and records
Requirements:
- Previous Receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes
- Excellent customer service skills
