- Tu, Thu (1:00 pm to 6:00 pm)
Requirements:
- Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and also follow instructions.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Greet patients and other customers over the phone and in person.
- Scheduling of appointments.
- Verifying medical insurance coverage and processing referrals.
- Effectively coordinate with insurance companies and other health care providers.
- Demonstrate empathy, concern, good listening skills, and compassion for all patients.
- Provide administrative support to medical staff.
- Prepare treatment room for next patient, light cleaning, and upkeep.
- Assist with back office tasks of medical documentation and coordination.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
