We are looking for a self-motivated individual for a Receptionist opportunity. This person will assist with maintaining smooth operation within the office and must be team-oriented with a positive attitude!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet all individuals with a smile and welcoming attitude
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, invoicing, etc.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all necessary paperwork
• Inventory management of forms and supplies needed for front desk duties
• Communicate professionally with all levels of candidates and clients utilizing diplomacy and tact
• Prioritize a number of tasks based on importance and multitask as necessary
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual and/or take clear and accurate messages as necessary

Qualifications & Education

• Skilled in the use of MS Office programs
• Skilled in the use of general office equipment
• Typing speed adequate for successful and timely completion of job duties
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good organizational skills and time management skills
