This is a temp-to-hire position. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a starting pay rate of $15 per hour.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome members, visitors, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
-Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
-Provide information and assistance to members regarding membership benefits, events, and services.
-Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
-Assist with member registration, renewals, and database management.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
-Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office supply management.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
-Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within a membership-based organization.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
