Responsibilities:
- Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems
- Support office management with daily operational tasks
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical duties
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
