Join ASM Global as an Entertainment Operations Manager at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of performers, musicians, and other entertainers. Working closely with artists, you will ensure their optimal preparation for performances and appearances, creating a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management and stock operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Supervise warehouse personnel.
- Ensure stock replenishment.
- Implement quality control measures.
- Manage documentation and reporting.
- Optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments for customer service.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts.
- Reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures.
Supervision:
- Lead a team of warehouse staff.
- Assign tasks and provide training.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Stock Replenishment:
- Monitor stock levels.
- Anticipate demand.
- Coordinate with procurement/purchasing teams.
Quality Control:
- Implement quality control measures.
- Inspect goods for damage and adherence to quality standards.
- Log temperature readings.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of stock transactions.
- Generate reports on inventory levels.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Optimize storage space.
- Implement new technologies for inventory management.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections.
Customer Service:
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns.
