Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Receiving the materials and kits.
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
• Labeling every product and placing them accordingly.
• Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process.
• Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
• Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.
• Receiving and signing for deliveries.
• Scanning the paperwork on computer.
• Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
• Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.
• Updating inventory with received items.
• Other tasks may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, grasping, carrying, and lifting product weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to multitask yet careful not to make mistakes.
• Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• One or more years experience with receiving duties in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience in operating forklifts is a plus.
• Experience operating heavy materials.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications.
• Strong computer skills.
• English language skills.
• High school diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
