As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of goods and materials in customer warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents
- Inspect shipments for damages or defects
- Unload and load trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Sort, label, and organize received items for storage or distribution
- Enter data into the warehouse management system to update inventory records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues with received items
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math to accurately count
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for data entry and inventory tracking
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading trucks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate receipt of goods
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly receiving area
- Knowledge of distribution center operations and e-commerce processes is a plus
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years

- Experience operating forklifts
