Our production facility is located in Jacksonville, FL. with our corporate headquarters in St. Augustine, FL We service around the country as well as internationally. We are a drug-free workplace.

Job Summary:

• Performs physical and administrative duties involved with shipping and receiving of HVAC/R equipment.
• Loads and off-loads all sizes of equipment using forklift (and crane assistance when required).
• Works with Customer Support to ensure the appropriate freight company is called to meet all delivery deadlines.
• Identifies equipment that comes in without proper identification.
• Collects and prepares information for damage claims on in-transit damage.
• Prepares reports, lists, and other duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess 3rd party Forklift License
• Has held full time employment in position(s) requiring use of a forklift.
• Holds a valid driver's license
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
• Ability to complete shipping and freight forms such as BOL)
• Must be dependable, reliable and mature enough to handle responsibilities and equipment safely and responsibly
• Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50 lbs. safely. Vision must be 20/20 corrected and normal hearing range
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize effectively
• Good written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Forklift: 1 year (Required)
