We’re looking for a Real Estate Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand of the broker. Responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for the broker, screening and delivering incoming messages, coordinating with vendors for listing preparation, planning meetings and appointments for the broker, and helping with tasks necessary for the operation of the brokerage.
Please note that this is a full-time in-office position.
Compensation:$65,000
Responsibilities:- Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support the Real Estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
- Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records
- Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker
- Liaise between the supervising broker and clients
- Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment
- Answer and master the phones, always knowing the status and information and sales pitch of each of our properties by heart
- Manage daily calendar and lead follow-up a schedule of CEO
- Follow up with potential seller leads and interested open house parties
- Coordinate prep work for the properties
- Ensure properties are ready for scheduled showings and open houses
- Host open houses and conduct showings
- Act as a primary point of contact for lease listings
- Act as a liaison between brokerage and clients by providing “white glove service”
- Be on a winning team and enjoy working, innovating, and celebrating together
- Can work on deadline and handle private client information
- 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
- Prior experience in Real Estate is a bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
- You are a pro at Real Estate Executive support and taking care of the CEO with white-glove service
- You are a pro at handling the back end of a Real Estate operation
- You believe no task is too small
- You have an upbeat personality and you love talking about and showing houses as much as we do

- Reliable transportation and a Valid Driver's License is required
