Job Title:Executive Estate Assistant

Location: Santa Barbara, CA (with significant travel)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 + Full Benefits

Join an Ultra High Net Worth family as their Executive Estate Assistant, managing the dynamic needs of a household with multiple residences worldwide. This unique position, based in Santa Barbara, involves significant travel and offers an opportunity to work with a highly esteemed family. The client is open to candidates commuting from the Los Angeles area and will discuss relocation packages for highly qualified individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the principal, managing calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of the principal's time.
  • Travel Coordination:
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, including international itineraries and accommodations.
  • Ensure seamless logistics for both business and personal travel.
  • Property Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple residences worldwide.
  • Liaise with household staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle administrative duties, including filing, expense management, and documentation.
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as event planning and gift coordination.
  • Communication Liaison:
  • Act as a point of contact between the principal and external parties, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Confidentiality:
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
  • Project Management:
  • Assist in managing various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Estate Assistant, preferably in a high net worth or executive environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Travel:

  • The role involves significant travel, both domestically and internationally.

Location Consideration:

  • The client is open to candidates commuting from the Los Angeles area and will discuss relocation packages for highly qualified individuals.

Compensation:

  • Competitive compensation in the range of $90,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience.
