Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the principal, managing calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of the principal's time.
- Travel Coordination:
- Manage complex travel arrangements, including international itineraries and accommodations.
- Ensure seamless logistics for both business and personal travel.
- Property Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple residences worldwide.
- Liaise with household staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative duties, including filing, expense management, and documentation.
- Assist with personal tasks, such as event planning and gift coordination.
- Communication Liaison:
- Act as a point of contact between the principal and external parties, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Confidentiality:
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
- Project Management:
- Assist in managing various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Estate Assistant, preferably in a high net worth or executive environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Travel:
- The role involves significant travel, both domestically and internationally.
