Caregiver/Executive Assistant Mortgage andReal Estate (Santa Cruz)
I am a 61-year-old man and live in downtown Santa Cruz, California. I am dependent upon a wheelchair for mobility. I need help twenty hours per week: TUES to SAT 9AM to 2PM to help me get my day started with showering and dressing. Daily light housekeeping, and laundry. This is private pay and not through IHSS.
Also, I am the owner of Affordable Home Finance, a mortgage brokerage company which I run from my home office. The ideal candidate would be interested in Real Estate and mortgage brokerage and have strong clerical computer admin skills that allow completion of a variety of high level administrative tasks including email management, Quickbooks, Investor application packages, Social Media posting, Mortgage call reports. New hire onboarding including email and Ring central account setup. The ideal candidate would be willing and eager to obtain their mortgage loan originator license.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
