This person is also responsible for managing the office’s social media page while assisting our agents with our marketing tools and technology. Real Estate branch operate at a high-level.
Through initial and ongoing training, our Real Estate Coordinator will be able to support their branch and its team in many ways.
General Responsibilities:
- General Office, Agent and Market President support
- Manage office social media page with pre-planned content
- Manage events and training within the branch
- Support our sales team with a proactive approach on listings, pending sales, and closed transactions
- Front Office Customer Service
- Maintain office supply inventory
- General data entry and administrative functions
- Managing Agent Commissions
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of office administrative experience
Competencies
- Collaboration and Communication Skills, verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing needs in a team environment
- Strong Computer Skills; Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time, in-office position. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
