Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Family Dentistry of Boynton Beach is an established dental practice in Boynton Beach, Florida looking for a Front Desk Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and deliver treatment plans, schedule appointments for patients
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage billing and insurance claims processes
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory
- Train and supervise office staff, including receptionists and dental assistants
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Experience:
Dental Office Management: 1 year (Required)

Schedule:
- Monday - Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Every other Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm
