We are looking for an energetic person to be the client advocate and treatment plan Coordinator for our office. The position will involve at least one month of paid training and then quickly transition to full-time after the "getting to know you" period. This is a rapidly growing innovative office with a fun and caring working environment.
Our practice focuses on: superior customer service, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills. The office performs cosmetic surgery in the accredited operating room with a focus on body liposculpture and related procedures.
We have a Master Aesthetic Injector and esthetician.
The candidate should have a good track record and should provide 3 professional references.
- Responding to new patient leads and being the concierge for the client during the entire process
- ***Minimum 3-years experience being a Treatment Plan Coordinator in plastic/cosmetic Surgery Office***
- Comfortable and a high level of confidence in discussing financing options
- ***We are a paperless office and more than 50% of consults are done virtually so must have strong computer skills***
- Candidate needs to be a team player and interact with staff in a pleasant manner
- Candidate should be capable of cross-selling other procedures/products offered in the practice
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
