This medical front office is responsible for scheduling, answering phones and work in conjunction with the Front Desk staff in a busy radiology/imaging center. Bilingual (Spanish, English) preferred.
FRONT DESK DUTIES:
- Maintain a multi-modality schedule.
* Answer the phone and schedule patient appointments
- Implement physicians directives orders on patient care
- Maintain, monitor and generate Front Desk reports: Monthly, weekly and daily
- Must be able to communicatee effectively.
- Experience in obtaining insurance authorizations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must have medical front office experience (3 years).
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and able to communicate well with other referrals sources, patients, family and branch employees.
- Must be flexible with work hours.
