You very well could be happy in your present role but might be looking for a more challenging project or maybe you want to explore opportunities outside your comfort zone.  I am currently recruiting for a Radiology Admin Assistantfor one of our direct clients in the US.  Below are the specs for the role:
 
Job Title:Radiology Admin Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033 – 100% Onsite
Duration: 3 Months - Good opportunity for candidates to convert if they do well based on attendance and performance
Shift Work:
1st Need: 8:00am - 430pm PST
2nd Need: 9:00am – 5:30pm PST
Pay Range:
2 to 3 years - 20.00 22.00 per hour
4 years + - 23.00 – 25.00 per hour
Job Description:
Candidates must have a clear understanding of imaging and radiology.
Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Microsoft Office
2. Computer skills
3. Clerical
4. EHR experience – Cerner is preferred
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
1. Radiology Experience – 2 to 5 years of experience
2. Previous clerical role
3. Previous interaction/employment with Providers/Radiologists
Top 3- 5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Routing Phone calls
2. Facilitating Communication with Radiologists
3. Exam chart and reading reconciliation – reconcile exam with images
Provides administrative/secretarial support, including, but not limited to, clerical functioning of the Radiologist reading rooms. Problem solves, prioritizes, and coordinates flow of documents and information ensuring accuracy of information between Radiology and departments to maximize unit efficiency and meet needs of patients, their families, staff, and physicians.  Required to work onsite at any location on health sciences campus as needed and dictated by department.  Must be willing to interact and engage with Radiology and Hospital staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Typing 45-55 words per minute.
Ability to operate a computer terminal, Microsoft Office software programs.
Medical terminology preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately with people.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with many people in a constantly changing environment.
Accountabilities:
Responsible for coordinating schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments.
Responsible for functioning as liaison between Administrative Team, Administrative Support Staff, Physicians, Department Directors, and Customers assisting in problem identification and resolution.
Responsible for coordination and tracking of work flow, schedules and projects to ensure work is complete/appropriate, and follow-up is completed in a timely fashion.
Responsible for using sound judgment when complications arise outside the scope of authority, such as the need for deadline augmentation, and bringing these to the attention of the appropriate Administrative Representative(s) in a timely manner.
Responsible for maintaining security of information: e.g. patient medical records, hospital financial information, salary, staff and legal information in a confidential nature.
Responsible for processing calls from patients, their families and the general public by assessing the urgency of the situation and suggesting appropriate referrals or informing the appropriate Administrative Representative(s)when the situation warrants his/her attention.
Responsible for filing and maintaining records pertinent to the functions of immediate executives.
Assists with the preparation, coordination and distribution of materials pertaining to Leadership Huddle) and minutes taking and transcription of  meeting.
Answer phones and triage calls to appropriate parties while maintaining professionalism.
Responsible for  managing and approving Kronos for Food Services Department, Hospital Operations and direct reports of assigned executives.
Responsible for generating check requests and Internal Requisitions as assigned.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
