Quality Assurance Specialist Primary Duties and Responsibilities
•Performs Quality Assurance audits of cleaning processes at client sites using company’s software.
•Formulates and maintains Quality Assurance objectives and key process improvement (KPIs).
•Develops policies and procedures.
•Follows up on inspections, findings, and ensures corrective action has been applied.
•Communicates with management regarding customer feedback and worksites that need immediate attention.
•Investigates client complaints of quality standards not being met and monitors areas in need of improvement.
•Assist with employee safety and technical training, policy enforcement and documentation.
•Ensures all worksites complies with company policy including OSHA standards and local, state and federal regulations.
•Conducts and documents hands-on training on janitorial service functions.
•Assists in the transitioning of new clients which include conducting baseline audits, employee training and other functions.
•Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry Quality Assurance codes and standards.
•Understands the GMP environment and processes associated within that environment.
•Engages managers and executive team to review results and define problems.

Quality Assurance Specialist Skills

•Must be dependable.
•Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
•Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Spanish and English a plus.
•Three years prior experience required.
•Previous experience with GMP best practices a plus.
•Associates degree or higher preferred.
