Benefits:

Essential Functions:
- Completion of client record audits for Behavioral Healthcare.
- Electronic record system training.
- CHRIS System reporting and incident monitoring.
- Coordinates, schedules, and assistas in facilitating emergency preparedness drills.
- Enhances staff's understanding of emergency preparedness protocols and best practices by disseminating guidance periodically.
- May assist in on-site safety inspections.
- Monitors data related to state reporting for VCSB services and actively participates in the agency DART team.
- Expands own knowledge of job related areas by such means as academic study, independent reading and arrending outside conferences, workshops, etc.
- Reviews and ensures understanding of agency policy and procedures and recommend changes where applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health
Preferred Qualifications:
- QMHP
- Documentation experience working in and electronic records system
- Familiarity with DMAS and DBHDS Licensing requirements, CMS, Virginia Department of Health for services provided by a community services board.
