Quality Assurance (Qa) Specialist

As an ENTRY LEVELQuality Assurance (QA) Specialist on the Production Team, you will be responsible for reviewing and providing quality control checks on all client deliverables produced by our creative team prior to client review, approval, print and/or release. Specific responsibilities include providing product Quality Assurance reviews, proofreading, and editing various marketing mediums that include direct email and mail campaigns, websites, and digital elements to ensure quality control is maintained at the highest levels.

This is an ENTRY LEVEL, full-time, salaried, remote position. Employee must be located within the Continental U.S., eastern or central time zone preferred, but all are welcome to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and evaluate client deliverables for content, grammar, style, and accuracy, as well as relevance to the selected campaign
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with designers to proactively resolve inaccuracies
• Manage and update work assignments via company’s internal CRM platform
• Maintain schedule of deadlines for printing and mailing

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS or BA degree in English or related field
• 0-2 years’ professional experience with Quality Assurance, proofreading/editing, OR the equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
• Excellent proofing/editing skills
• Excellent computer competency and adept at learning new digital platforms
• Stellar attention to detail
• Outstanding attention to detail and organization
• Proficient in MS Office products; knowledge of Excel is a plus!
• A familiarity of publication formats
• Ability and desire to accurately perform repetitive tasks
• Must have a team-player attitude, forward-thinking mentality, ability to give constructive input and take direction well

Compensation
