Summary: Lead the Quality Assurance team to excellence as the QA Lead, ensuring quality results, effective communication, and optimal resource utilization.
Responsibilities:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly
- Train and guide employees in Gift Wrapping techniques.
- Assign workstations, communicate process changes, and monitor productivity.
- Order supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Report on team adherence to dress code policy.
- Maintain direct communication with the Production Supervisor.
- Collaborate with temp agency representatives when needed.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in training and guiding new employees.
- Clear communication, strong organizational skills, and fairness.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills.
