Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sophisticated systems modeling, simulation, and analysis to develop suitable software solutions.
- Create and maintain software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation, adhering to our standards.
- Document new or existing programs thoroughly, ensuring their accessibility and comprehensibility.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze software programs for compatibility with hardware systems and to meet customer needs.
- Customize software based on in-depth research and specific customer requirements.
- Lead communications with other departments and commercial vendors to resolve significant software issues and ensure optimal system functionality.
- Regularly update management and customers on software development progress and challenges.
- Serve as a technical lead on major projects, focusing on specific software package integrations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in software engineering or operating systems programming.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Languages and Tools: Java 11+, Junit, TestNG, Groovy, Ready API, Cypress IO, Postman, Selenium, Rest Assured, Performance Center.
- Cloud expertise, preferably Azure (App Service, Event Hub, Key Vault, Logic App, ACI).
- Database knowledge: MongoDB, Oracle DB.
- Experience with comprehensive Testing Strategies, including automating System, Integration, Smoke, Regression, Performance, and Load testing.
- DevOps & Monitoring Tools: Proficiency in CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Dynatrace, Azure App Insights.
- QE expertise in Selenium, C#, API testing, Load testing, and Performance Testing.

- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule on-site up to 3 days per week
- Based in Dallas, TX
