With your expertise, you'll propel our existing Automated Testing capabilities forward, contributing to the evolution of our leading Command, Control, and Intelligence (C2I) applications deployed worldwide within the Product Innovation department. This is a hybrid position that works onsite 2 days per week.
- Works in the Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Implementing Automated Test framework.
- Creating, enhancing, debugging and running test cases.
- Designing and implementing effective test automation solutions.
- Working with stakeholders to identify and define Automated Test cases.
- Upscaling existing developers' skills in Automated Testing.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Active learner who keeps up with technology.
- Involvement in all types and phases of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens.
- 6+ years' experience designing, developing and deploying Automated Testing capability using Ranorex or similar Automated Test tools.
- 4+ years' experience developing Automated Testing for thick client UIs.
- 4+ years analyzing and understanding test procedures and requirements.
- Prior experience
- Proficient in coding for Automated Testing with a focus on creating robust and efficient test scripts using programming languages, particularly Python.
- Experience developing Automated Tests using Ranorex.
- Experience developing Automated Tests for both Windows thick client and Web applications.
- Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Experience developing and deploying container solutions.
- Experience using VMWare ESXi hypervisors.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and Subversion.
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipeline support and development.
