The Donor Data Specialist works as a liaison between the Development Department and the Finance Department to ensure the accuracy of donation records and reports. Daily responsibilities will include sorting, identifying, and coding of many types of Miscellaneous donations to our organization. Monitoring and ownership of email communications from many of our third-party donation sites. Being accountable to maintain chain of control spreadsheet so that items are processed in an efficient and timely manner.

The successful candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree, 2-years administrative experience, Skilled knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel, internet research, and data entry, Intermediate typing skills and ability to learn new software, Ability to communicate effectively to diverse groups both verbally and in writing, possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Associates Degree
• 2-years administrative experience
• Skilled knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, internet research, and data entry
